If you cannot make it to the retreat, intimate at earliest, & if you have paid then you take retreat within one year of registered retreat start date with 25% deduction of price, No refunds, please. Retreat amount and time(within the one-year framework) transferable to treatments to self only.
a) Check-in earliest by 10.00 and latest by 12.00 in the morning, or else intimate well in advance.
b) Day one dr. consultation starts at 11.00 your turn time will be intimated beforehand, pl do not take any solid food at least 3 hrs before your consultation.
c) Treatments: Every Day one Treatment:Abhyanga (Ayurvedic warm oil herbal massage) and Sheerodara ( continuous uninterrupted pouring of warm herbal oil on the forehead and one extra treatment of Karnpurna ( Herbal Ear Cleaning with Herbal oil)
d) Ayurvedic cooking class – we cook and we eat. Menu to be decided by organizers.
f) Asanas- Pawan mukt asanas series one- for beginners.
g) Food: Three times a day satvic Ayurvedic food only / or as per treatment as advised by Doctor.
Breakfast: One main Dish, Honey, Nuts, Seeds, Fruit, Milk, Multigrain bread, mixed fruit jam, sprouts.
Lunch: Mixed grain flat Indian bread organic ( gluten-free can also be provided), Lentil, Curd, Green vegetable, Rice (Brown also available)green salad.
Dinner: Mixed Vegetable soup, Multigrain flat Indian bread one dish of Green Vegetable / Khichdi.
Beverages: Green Tea / Herbal Tea / Ginger / Tulsi / Rosemary / lavender.
